Caribbean Christmas in Stoney Creek

My sister and her family are travelling to Isla Mujeres for the actual holiday of Christmas, so we met and exchanged presents early. My brother-in-law Jeremey made us a Caribbean feast of oxtail, coleslaw and rice and beans.

My father made his famous Scottish steak pie and we brought Caribbean style dumplings to soak up all that oxtail stew sauce.

Always great to see everyone, catch up and eat wonderful food.
