Just Running Last Minute Early Christmas Errands and the Placebo Effect

Today was filled with buying a few last items for an early Christmas with my parents and sister's family to be celebrated tomorrow.

After that I had the house to myself for a while and decided to watch a few episodes of Tucci, starring Stanley Tucci of course. In this series he is exploring the different cuisines and cultural differences of the regions of Italy. 

So far it is making me really hungry and very jealous of Tucci!

Later we read in bed. I was reading a science and nature collection of articles. It was looking into the placebo effect. It touched upon some areas I hadn't known or encountered about blind testing new pharmaceuticals and how it could be effecting drug efficacy in individuals differently.

Very interesting stuff.
