Malt Bread

Recently, I have been trying to perfect my malt bread recipe. My favourite brand here in Ontario is Dempster's Malt Bread. It is dense, dark, chewy and a little sweet. Toasted and slathered in a bit of butter its as close to a perfect bite as you can get.
