Not Much to Say Today

Not everyday can have something happen that is worthy of documenting on this blog. I'm just not that interesting!

We started watching the BBC series, 'Killing Eve,' now that it is streaming on Netflix and so far we are enjoying it. Jodie Comer is killing it and I even like Sandra Oh in this. 

Comer's character is unpredictable. And that makes it an enjoyable to watch.

I tend to like series that were based on books. Dexter, Slow Horses, Foundation, Game of Thrones as a few examples. It was no surprise to hear 'Killing Eve' was also based on a book series as well, by Luke Jennings, called 'Codename Villanelle.'

Tomorrow, one of my favourite authors has a new show debuting on Apple TV. That would be Mick Herron's 'Down Cemetery Road.' As a fan of both his 'Slow Horses' show and the 'Slough House' books they are based on,  I am excited to see Apple TV making such solid choices.

Their whole ethos seems to be to find great book series and turn them into hit shows.

And that's just good entertainment news for all of us!

There I wrote some words for this blog even though I just would have rather gone to bed. Why? Because of the power of keeping a streak going. I haven't missed a blog day since I decided to never miss a day. That was on October 7th.

Alright. Enough.
